Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Service
EsyOpBot is a digital subscription-based service provided by JEA Strata Private Limited. Since we offer instant activation and access to features (such as AI receptionist and MR verification) upon payment, our policy regarding refunds is clearly defined below.
2. Subscription Refunds
We do not typically offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has started and the service has been provisioned. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failures: If a persistent technical issue prevented you from using the core features of the service for more than 7 consecutive business days, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
- Duplicate Billing: If your account was charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email support@esyop.com with your tenant ID and the Razorpay transaction reference. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Timeframe
Refund requests will be reviewed by our finance team within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
5. Plan Downgrades
If you choose to downgrade to the "Lite" (FREE) plan mid-cycle, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of your paid subscription. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
